I will not be coming back to this location. I ordered a milk tea and the drink was made with no milk the first time. When I finally received the “correct drink,” the milk powder was still clumpy. Staff had to consult a chart on the wall to figure out how to make each drink for a line of customers.

I ordered a milk tea & waited about 25 minutes just for them to make the wrong drink. I also watched other customers complain about the same thing. The staff should be trained properly.

I want to give a big shout-out to Enrique; I was very indecisive about what drink I wanted. It was my first visit. Enrique gave me some options, and one of the drinks I had never heard of was called Rosehip lemonade. Enrique went above and beyond and gave me a sample, and omg it was so good. Just because of his exceptional customer service and kindness, I will definitely be back!

I drove 15 minutes out of my way to come here during your posted business hours, only to find the doors locked. What made it worse was seeing staff inside clearly watching me, yet no one bothered to acknowledge me or explain anything—let alone open the door. If you’re going to close early, at least update your hours or have the courtesy to communicate with customers who made the effort to come. This was beyond frustrating and honestly just poor customer service. I won’t be returning.

Pretty much what you'd expect. Drinks are fine 90% of the time with the exception of the pearls and any other toppings you might add. Sometimes the pearls are rock hard and it'll catch you off guard. The place is filthy though. Looks like it's never been swept and the tables are rarely ever wiped off.
